Dr. Raj Vigna Venugopal

A leading Gastroenterlogist and Hepatologist from Bengaluru in Karnataka, Dr. Raj Vigna Venugopal is heading department of Gastroenterology of Manipal Hospital. He is widely experienced in handling Endoscopy, Ultrasonography, Therapeutic Endoscopy and Medical Gastroenterology.

After pursuing MBBS and MD (Internal Medicine) from Kasturba Medical College, Dr. Venugopal pursued DM in Gastroenterolgy from reputed Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Post Graduate Science, Lucknow.

He has been credited as the first doctor from Bengaluru for successfully setting up an Endosonography unit. His involvement in more than 700 cases in Diagnostic and Therapeutic Endosonography is a testimony of Dr. Venugopal's glittering career.
